Okay, so I love Naomi Watts, and I'm an okay fan of Clive Owen, but here's a movie I really don't seem to care about, even though it is rated R, but then again, it's only that for violence and language, which means Naomi doesn't get naked. The basic premise of the movie is that Clive and Naomi play investigator type people, and their investigating leads them to a huge, international bank, that is funding bad people (and what bank isn't?). In any case, they are trying to track down exactly how it is all going down, how they can catch the bad people, and of course, since a shitload of money is involved, their lives are in danger as they run around exotic places, or well just fun places around the world, searching for the answers and trying to save the world from the bad dudes, and a bad bank.
There will probably be chases, people will get killed, but the story doesn't enthral me. The same weekend I've got a "Friday the 13th" (which my BFF won't be caught near), and a "Shopaholic" movie (which she will relate to), and sadly there's only a slim chance I'll catch "The International" at the theater, and you know, it doesn't really bother me. I suppose I'll wait for the DVD.
