A Movie Preview |

Ahh, another movie portraying fraternities and sororities
in a crappy light. It's such an easy premise, but hard to
promote as groundbreaking, so for this movie we get some
high school kids looking for a diversion from the high
school boredom, and they end up pledging a fraternity on a
weekend trip (to get into the parties of course) where gross
stuff ensues. Of course our high schoolers try to pretend
they are in college so they can also hook up with some
college girls, and of course they are dorks who will somehow
rise to the top and show that the "cool" fraternity dudes
are actually scum, or something like that.
High schoolers going to college is sometimes a funny
premise, but this movie seems kind of like the same old
thing. Doesn't matter, though, for me, because the movie is
rated R which hopefully means important college movie themes
will be present, or at least a couple, namely boobs. This
one almost looks perfect for me as King of The Land of the
Easily Amused. If you are a member of my kingdom, it
might be perfect for you, too.
