This is a movie based on a book, “My Friend Flicka,” which I have never read. And, in all honesty, I doubt I’ll see this movie. Not because it doesn’t look, but it doesn’t really interest me, although it looks good for the younger girl crowd.

Pretty much we get the story of a girl and a horse. The horse is a troublemaker, but the girl thinks she can tame the horse, and somehow she has to convince dad that there is good in the horse, and blah, blah, blah. If you read the book, the movie looks okay, I guess.  Take your younger daughter.
