Nick (Justin Chatwin) seems to have things going well for
him during his high school days until he finds himself nearly dead,
and in a sort of state of limbo. Upon finding another “soul” in the
same state, he finds out that he is up against the clock, that
pretty much he has to solve his “murder” in a certain amount of time
or else he will be dead for real. But how do you solve your “murder”
when you can’t really be a person? Well, you find a person who can
sort of hear you, and then works with you to help solve the crime.
Usually January is for throw-away films, but I’m always one for
some fun, high school stories, and mix it with some death and
mysticism, well, I’ll do my best to catch this one.
