Julia Stiles is Paige, a pre-med student, and Luke Mably
is Edward, a prince who doesn’t like the attention. When Edward enters
the same college, he doesn’t want anyone to know he is a prince, and
then of course Paige and Luke get to romancin’. Then Paige finds out
the love of his life is a prince, but is pissed at him because he
didn’t tell her. Eventually she gets over it and heads to Denmark to
find Edward, and now she doesn’t know if she can be his princess or
would rather be a doctor. That and the fact Edward’s parents aren’t
thrilled with the idea of Edward dating a girl from the States.
This screams dudette flick, although I am a big fan of Julia
Stiles. We’ll see how the weekend goes if I catch this one or not. The
interesting thing is it's only rated PG, so it might be okay for even
the younger girls.
