Running Scared
A Movie Preview |

Umm, for me, and nothing against Paul Walker, but there will only be
one movie called “Running Scared.” It starred Billy Crystal and
Gregory Hines, and it had some of the best lines I can recite from
movies, lines like “It’s not the volts, it’s the amps" and "he did
not know what Deuteronomy was."
In any case, this movie has Paul Walker in a far more serious
role than the “Running Scared” I know. He’s kind of a clean-up
character, disposing of the weapons used for some mob killings, but
alas, a gun is missing and he’s got to find it.
Finally his wife
figures out exactly the man he is, and she doesn’t like it, but can
he find the gun before it leads to him being killed.
From the first trailer I thought this movie might have been okay,
but from its release in the early of year 2006, usually studios dump
films here to die a quick death. Part of me, because I did like the
trailer, hopes this movie isn’t one of those that really needs to be
dumped in a February.
