The first rumors on the street were that without James Cameron this
movie was going to suck, but lately that talk has been changing to
“Terminator 3” actually living up to the first two movies.
In this one it’s been a while since John Connor, with the help of
Arnold, gets rid of the liquid dude. But, alas, even though we think
the technology has been destroyed, obviously something survived
because low and behold a new terminator shows up, this time a
super-duper killing machine called T-X that is a dudette (Kristanna
Loken). Guess what? Yup, John’s only hope again is Arnold.
Special effects have come a long way since T-2, so there really is
a lot of potential for some really cool fighting scenes. I’m just
hoping the positive buzz I’ve been hearing is true and that the movie
looks as cool as the new trailers show it to be.
