I had heard a little while back about there being a live action film of “Underdog” in development, but didn’t realize it got put together so soon. The story is simple enough – a cute dog gets superpowers, is able to talk, and realizes he should use his powers for good. Of course there is an evil villain who wants Underdog’s powers, and it’s up to Underdog to save the day, duh.

The dogs look cute, they’re keeping it PG so it should be cute for the kids, although I wouldn’t count out some fart or poop jokes.
