Man, this would suck. You get out of jail, on your second offense,
and you know you have to stay clean because you live in a “Three
strikes and you’re out” state. Then you son is kidnapped by some
bad dudes you didn’t want to hang out with anymore, and all of a
sudden you are pulled back in. So you, O2 (Tyrese Gibson) have to
figure out a way to get back at Meat (The Game), who has your kid.
How do you do it? Well, you get the help of a dudette named Coco
(Meagan Good), and start hitting the dudes who have your kid where
it hurts, with their money. Suddenly you now find yourself back in
the scheme of things you wanted to leave behind, for the sake of
your kid, but for the sake of your kid, you have to be back in the
scheme of things you left behind.
The story looks cool, and I would like to catch this movie, only
I’m going to be out of town so I might have to wait for cable or the
DVD. We’ll see how that goes.
