As a big fan of Larry The Cable Guy, this movie looks
perfect for my brother-in-law. Me, I'll probably see it
because I am King of The Land of the Easily Amused.
Pretty much you get Larry as a sheriff in a small town
and Ivana Milicevic, being Madeleine, who is a hot, wealthy
snob. Madeleine is also a key witness in a corruption case
in Chicago, as if Chicago ever has any corruption. Anyway,
Larry sees some dudes manhandling Madeleine so he comes to rescue
her, only to find out the dudes are supposed to be
protecting her. But small-town Larry smells something afoot
with the dudes so he maintains his protecting her and
getting her safely back to Chicago. With Larry The Cable Guy
pretty much playing, well, Larry The Cable Guy, and Ivana
playing someone who wouldn't give a dude like Larry the time
of day, hilarity will probably ensue with the clash of
personalities.
The trailer did make me laugh, Jenny McCarthy looks
great, but damn, the weekend of February 22nd is a busy
weekend for movie releases. I suppose, in a bind, I could
probably get The Bro-In-Law on the Right to catch the movie
and write a review if I find myself in a bind, but I do kind
of want a good laugh. We'll see if I see this one, I guess.
